Q: How and when will my order ship?
A: For retailers and wholesalers, orders are shipped from our warehouses in New York via UPS Ground. Depending on the size of the purchase, orders are shipped as soon as possible and usually within 1 to 3 business days. We ask that you anticipate your accounts needs ahead of time and allow 1-3 days for your order to be produced and shipped depending on the size of the order and different number of items selected. If you have any questions about when your order will ship, please email or call your customer representative to discuss necessary lead times. Q: I am a wholesaler outside of the United States and would like to purchase your paks or single magazines in bulk. Am I able to do so?
A: Absolutely! We distribute our products throughout the World. Contact us to make arrangements for bulk overseas sales. Overseas orders receive special pricing and payment options.
Q: How will my order get here?
A: All orders are shipped via UPS. The shippers name will appear as Universal Magazine Distributors, Inc. UPS does not ship to P.O. Boxes.
Q: I am a wholesaler with a large order and would like to speak to someone, how can I do this?
A: Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org for help with your large retail or wholesale order.
Q: Will I receive the exact magazine or DVD shown in the picture?
A: No. You will receive a similar magazine that fits within the genre of the product selected. For instance, if you order an "older women magazine pack", you will receive older women magazines but not the exact issues displayed. All images are examples. If you have a specific request, please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate you.
Q: I’m a retailer and I’m concerned about shipping charges, can you help?
A: Yes, we can! For our retail store customers, we will provide you with additional packs at retail sticker price to cover the cost of shipping on orders of $200 and more. For instance, if UPS shipping costs $18.00, we will send you three 6.99 paks free of charge! We do not charge any handling fees whatsoever.
Q: Why does the shipping charge seem very low or very high?
A: Because every pak has a slightly different weight, shipping costs are adjusted when orders are shipped. If necessary, your shipping charge may be recalculated on the ship date. Any difference in shipping costs will be added to or deducted from the credit card used to place the order. You will of course be made aware of any shipping cost changes in real time.
Q: I am a route distributor (jobber) and would like to distribute your products. However, I have some questions…

Q: How do I know if I need to use bands (privacy covers)?
A: Covers are used in stores without dedicated adult sections or where local laws prohibit the display of nude images. Please be considerate to your neighbors!
Q: Will my personal information be shared with anyone?
A: No. Your personal information will never be shared. Credit Card information is encoded and not saved on file. Your digital identity is protected by 256 encryption technology and monitored by Security Metrics.
